The Cuban Revolutionary Party.
The articles of the "Constitution" and the "Secret Statutes" of the
Party, drafted by Martí and approved by Cuban exiles at Key West on January 5, 1892:
"The Cuban Revolutionary Party is founded to achieve, with the efforts of all men of
good-will, the absolute independence of the island of Cuba, and to foment and assist the
island of Puerto Rico to gaining hers... The C.R.P. will function by means of
independent associations, which are the basis of its authority..." |

El Partido Revolucionario Cubano.
Bases de la "Constitución" y "Estatutos Secretos" del Partido,
redactados por Martí y aprobados por la emigración de Cayo Hueso el 5 de enero de 1892:
"El Partido Revolucionario cubano se constituye para lograr con los esfuerzos de
todos los hombres de buena voluntad, la independencia absoluta de la isla de Cuba, y para
fomentar y auxiliar la de la isla de Puerto Rico... El P.R.C. funcionará por
medio de las asociaciones independientes, que son la base de su autoridad..." |
